Environment: The basement and first floor can be reached directly by elevator. Free parking is available. The reception, restaurant, foot spa, and bathing area are all on the third floor. The aromatherapy spa and ear spa are on the second floor, and can be accessed by stairs from the third floor.
Service: The overall service is lacking in some aspects, and there is a lack of the kind of attitude one would expect in the service industry. The staff in the bathing area are very friendly, but even their warmth cannot compensate for the fact that one person is responsible for opening lockers, providing clothing, delivering items, and delivering service.
Therapists: Each therapist has their own characteristics, but they all put in a lot of effort to serve the customers. There are no extreme issues with the therapists, they are all pretty good.
Specialties: The specialty is that there are no specialties. Let's talk about the food. The first impression is that there are a variety of options, such as cooked dishes, cold dishes, porridge, desserts, drinks, pastries, sushi, freshly cooked dishes, fruit platters, and more. We won't talk about the sashimi, it's too popular. The taste is heavy, leaning towards salty and spicy. It is recommended to adjust the seasoning according to the dish, for example, not every dish needs to be covered in chili.
According to common sense, when the dishes run out, they should be refilled. If you go for a meal early, you might have a wider variety to choose from, but if you go later, there might not be as much left. After the service, most of the dishes were gone. These pictures were taken around six o'clock, and after the service at around ten o'clock, many of the dishes were no longer available. I didn't take photos at the time because I wanted to provide a comparison.
